We understand that you would like to receive your purchase as soon as possible, so we guarantee that all items will be delivered within 14 days. We will however try our utmost to get your items to you sooner whenever possible.

For bespoke items, delivery times will be discussed at the design stage.

Postage and packaging is priced GBP4.00 for your first item, and GBP1.50 for each additional item. All items will now be sent First Class 'Signed For' Postage via the Royal Mail, to ensure safe and fast delivery (If you prefer standard first class postage please contact us directly to arrange a postage reduced fee).

If you are not happy with an Eliza Anne item, we will happily exchange that item within 10 days of delivery to you. Exchanged items must be of a similar price, or additional difference paid.
